The non respect of the present Terms of Use of the site DiMessages.com entails immediate cancellation of the subscription by Dimuseum®.

1. Dimuseum® has the right to modify, cancel any part or all of the present Terms of Use, or may add other conditions without previously informing subscribers of the site DiMessages.com, and without notice.

2. Dimuseum® has the right to modify, cancel any part or all of the functions, services, formats of the site DiMessages.com without previously informing subscribers of the site DiMessages.com, and without notice.

3. Dimuseum® has the right to modify, cancel any part or all of the contents of the site DiMessages.com without previously informing subscribers of the site DiMessages.com, and without notice.

4. Dimuseum® has the right to temporarily suspend or interrupt permanently if necessary the activity of the site DiMessages.com without previously informing subscribers of the site DiMessages.com, and without notice.

5. It is obligatory to subscribe to the site DiMessages.com in order to use its services.

6. The subscriber does not have the right to transfer his/her subscription of the site DiMessages.com to a third person.

7. The subscriber does not have the right to communicate his/her membername and password of the site DiMessages.com to a third person.

8. The subscriber is obliged to provide correct and coherent information in the subscription form of the site DiMessages.com, if not the subscription will be automatically cancelled.

9. It is formally forbidden to annoy, harass, accuse by using different supports of communication offered by the site DiMessages.com.

14. It is formally forbidden to copy, duplicate, diffuse or re-exploit the source code, data, logo, layout of the site DiMessages.com for whatever commercial or non commercial goal.

15. It is formally forbidden to access to the contents of the site DiMessages.com by another interface.

16. It is formally forbidden to access to the messages left at DiMessages.com for another person

17. In order to guarantee the safety and security of its sites, Dimuseum has the right to control the contents provided, as well as the messages and emails sent by its subscribers.

18. It is formally forbidden to use the communication supports of dimessages.com to send commercial and illicit messages.

19. Giving false information about Firstname & Name is a "fault", ans as such, obliges PresidNet.com to cancel the subscription.

Exclusion of Responsibilities :

20. The subscriber must recognize and accept that Dimuseum® cannot be held responsible for all the negative consequences in the event of someone having access to the site DiMessages.com by using his/her account without his/her permission in his/her absence.

21. The subscriber must recognize and accept that Dimuseum® cannot be held responsible for all the negative consequences in the event of someone accessing to the messages left at DiMessages.com for another person.

22. The subscriber must recognize and accept that the services and the contents of the site DiMessages.com may contain typing errors and inexact information.

23. The subscriber must recognize and accept that Dimuseum® cannot be held responsible for the technical or network problems which may interrupt or degrade the service.

25. The subscriber must recognize and accept that Dimuseum® cannot be held responsible for conflicts and problems with the sites to which the site DiMessages.com proposes links.

26. The subscriber must recognize and accept that the site DiMessages.com endeavors to reply as quickly as possible to e-mails without any guarantee of delay or obligation to reply.

27. It is formally forbidden to send illicit or commercial contents using DiMessages.com messaging system. As such the subscriber must recognize and accept that Dimuseum® cannot be held responsible for the contents of the messages received at DiMessages.com.

28. The subscriber must recognize and accept that Dimuseum® cannot be held responsible if the addressee did not retrieve the message left at DiMessages.com.
